Author James Delingpole speaks on global warming debate
( A Koch sponsored seminar )
Dialogue on the issue remains littered with exaggeration and misrepresentation. “One of the great propaganda victories that has been scored by the green movement has been to portray this world as having two kinds of people: on the one hand you have the caring sharing bunny hugging types, members of Greenpeace who care about nature; and on the other hand you have evil capitalists with big fat cigars in their mouth and dollar signs on their pinstripe suits.” With a dialogue like this, it makes reasonable debate and compromise an increasingly unlikely proposition. As Delingpole points out, the evidence is inconclusive as to whether climate change is actually caused by man or if subtle climate change is even a problem. But these types of open discussions can only occur when fear and propaganda are taken out of the equation.

The LA Times featured cold fusion in '89 before its debunking. Greens were aghast!
“It’s like giving a machine gun to an idiot child.” – Paul Ehrlich (mentor of John Cook of the SkepticalScience blog, author of "Climate Change Denial")
“Clean-burning, non-polluting, hydrogen-using bulldozers still could knock down trees or build housing developments on farmland.” – Paul Ciotti (LA Times)
“It gives some people the false hope that there are no limits to growth and no environmental price to be paid by having unlimited sources of energy.” – Jeremy Rifkin (NY Times)
“Many people assume that cheaper, more abundant energy will mean that mankind is better off, but there is no evidence for that.” – Laura Nader (sister of Ralph)

CLIMATEGATE 101: "For your eyes only...Don't leave stuff lying around on ftp sites - you never know who is trawling them. The two MMs have been after the CRU station data for years. If they ever hear there is a Freedom of Information Act now in the UK, I think I'll delete the file rather than send to anyone....Tom Wigley has sent me a worried email when he heard about it - thought people could ask him for his model code. He has retired officially from UEA so he can hide behind that." - Phil "Hide The Decline" Jones to Michael "Hockey Stick" Mann

P.S. In 1986 The Oxford Union debating society rejected "That the Doctrine of Creation is more valid than the Theory of Evolution" by 198 to 150.
In 2010 they accepted “That this House would put economic growth before combating climate change” by 135 votes to 110."

Consensus: There is an ether that pervades space. Continents don’t move (despite an obvious jigsaw puzzle match between them)! Dirty hands don’t kill surgical patients! Children are a blank slate, personality wise with no genetic influence! The best therapy is to treat human beings as if we were shocking pigeons and ringing bells for dogs. Non-coding DNA is just “junk”. Man will never fly. Viruses have nothing to do with ulcers or certain cancers. Bacterial spontaneously generate. Dietary cholesterol dominates heart disease occurrence just as CO2 dominates the latest warming trend.

Central alarmist blogs that use selective comment censorship to create the false impression the skepticism is meager and easily debunked are owned by PR firms financed by green energy speculators:
DeSmogBlog = green PR firm paid for by a $125 million online gambling site convicted money launderer.
RealClimate = web site registered to left wing PR firm behind the junk science link of vaccines to autism and the silicone breast implant scare which bankrupted Dow Corning.
ClimateProgress = left wing think tank.
"SkepticalScience" = overlaps with a nuclear weapons design firm now getting $330 million green energy contracts.

IPCC Glaciergate: 2035 was reported instead of 2305, based on a non-peer reviewed magazine article.
IPCC Himalayagate: prediction of ice loss were basically made up in a WWF pamphlet.
IPCC Greenpeacegate: a Greenpeace official was a lead author on the renewable energy chapter, one who cited his own non-peer reviewed work published with a green energy lobby foundation.a
IPCC Amazongate: up to 40 per cent loss of the Amazon rainforest due to AGW was based on a WWF pamphlet about the effects of logging.
IPCC Seagate: claimed that 55% of the Netherlands is below sea level, versus the real value of 26%.
IPCC Africagate: claim that yields from agriculture could be reduced by up to 50 percent by 2020 were based on a pamphlet a by a Canadian advocacy group, written by an obscure Moroccan academic who specialises in carbon trading.
IPCC Pachaurigate: the IPCC chairman was found to be deeply involved in carbon trading schemes, as a chairman of the board of many green energy companies.

Well, as per the first three comments I've seen posted here, I am one of over 33,000 scientists of the world (my doctorate is from the University of Oxford (1980), and as both a physicist and neuroscientist, I can scientificially attest to the fact that Anthropological Gobal Warming is the scam of the century! It is the deceitful means to put more power and money into fewer hands in order to rule the planet according to their dubious philosophies. What with the majority of IPCC "declaration" now proven defunct because of faulty date, faulty reporting via disinformation strategies and the like, AGW is now known to be exactly what the Mr. Delingpole has come to be so informed and report here. Whereas the other three comments posted here now appear to be egregiously misinformed, and indeed, represent the opinions of "deniers," disinformers and fabricators of truth. I applaud Mr. Delingpole's interest and tenacity to reveal what most scientists now accept and is well published and documented.
